Title: Is light strong enough?

Is this bulb good enough to grow plants in a  29g bowfront.

Reptiglo 10.0% uvb and 33% uva 15w
It was a spare when I had lizards,very bright.
Expensive too cost 45.00

15 Watts?  No.  That's about 1/2 a watt per gallon...and though the watts-per-gallon rule is pretty rough, you still won't have anywhere near enough light off that.

You would be better off getting proper lights.  That's my nickel.
