It's taken some doing...but I have taken my first BIG step towards achieving some kind of stability in my 20 gal. Planted.
CO2 must be diffused...who would have thought...anyway after watching a ton of U tube videos and asking a million questions right here on the forum, I think I finally am introducing CO2 fairly efficiently into my aquarium.
Here... take a look. And tell me what you think.
Thanks for everyone's imput...gotta go...gotta mix more sugar and yeast, I love watching those bubbles.

"charlie" passed on a mod about an airline return from the top of the reactor back into the intake, it really increases absorbtion, and looks neat too!
BTW, you realize this is only a stop-gap measure..I was like you only a few weeks ago....now I'm already looking for a pressurized system!
With this step I guess I should welcome you to the Green Side!

She sure does, but she's letting me do it anyway. As long as I stay on top of my chores, take my turn with the baby and don't talk too much about the aquarium. lol...I think she's more supportive of this crazyness than most would be.
To get back on topic...
I like the fact that I don't have to run an air pump because apparently the Plants will produce enough 02 now that they are consuming a healthy diet of Carbon and Flourish Comprehensive Supplement.
For some reason, I still feel like a have a long way to go in achieving the level of planted tank that I want; what was that about an airline from the top of the reactor to the intake? Do you have pictures?
Presurized system? what the...? I guess that would be the final step in CO2 injection...you could still use your DIY diffuser...no?
