Title: skimmer question.
Post by: Vincenzo. on July 05, 2009, 10:29:19 PM
okay seriously on all my tanks ive never bothered with a skimmer. and now with this nano wave 9 it comes with a venturi style skimmer.

so my question is, you know how it has the air line tubing with the venturi valve on the end. does that stay out of the water for air. or do you also submerge it?

thanks in advance,
vince

EDIT: after it being primed

All skimmers require an air source. One end of the tubing must remain in the air. Sorry but I am not familiar with your setup.
Some skimmers use and air stone and air pump.
