Title: Flourescent Bulb Disposal

All PC, T12, T8, T5 bulb users... When you change your bulbs, how do you dispose of the old ones?

Home Depot, etc. encourage us to dispose of the twisties responsibly.

yeah because there are mercury in them, they recycle them on job sites. we cannot just throw them out anymore.

The only thing I'm aware of is the Household Hazardous Waste Depots that are put on by the City.  At these, they accept fluorescent tubes, among other things.
