Title: wanting to Breed SA cichlids

i was wondering what i could breed in my 100 gallon oscar tank ? any suggestions there is plenty of cover an i have a sand substrate
any suggestions ?

Firemouths are attractive south american cichlids that easily breed in a tank of 20 gallons or more. Give them some hiding areas and temperature around 80F and feed them well using beef heart as well as other foods.

keep a few dither fish in the tank so they dont spook.

They breed in the same way as other central / south americans of the same size, such as convicts. Let them raise their own young.

If you raise any young to one inch i may be interested in a half dozen.

ya i did hahaha but i was thinkin of doing firemouths in my 100 gallon tank with oscars ???  there are plenty of caves an plants every where an i like firemouths
