They sell the full setups there Marx, tank, regulator, solenoid and bubble counter... the only thing you'll need is a reactor. And you can build one to hook inline with your canister for less than $10.

man i never even noticed them lol..

i can just have it connect to the inlet of my fluval.. and watch the bubble in the water before it gets sucked into filter..

so im looking around 370$ total plus fill up.. on 10# canister.

Alternatively, Mops.ca has one kit (http://www.mops.ca/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/cshop/COBL-CO2Kit.html?L+scstore+vvcx7389ff3d1c3d+1126020712), and you can buy a used 10lbs CO2 tank from Davidson's Fire Extinguishers (http://www.davidsonfireextinguishers.ca) on Percy for about $80 or so.  Fill-up is about $20. As for reactor, I added a very fine airstone at the end of my CO2 tube and feed that in my canister inlet to get good dissolution.

 Price jumped quite a bit in less than 2 years.  Was that for new or used?

I go to Davidson for my refills.  5 pounder costs 11 bucks to refill.
