as of october first, i manually had to change all the members status to non members who did not re new their membership.
and had to add all new members and information into the data base.

so a few questions that might arise.
1. how come my status is changed to non-member? & i have already paid
answer: after october 1st, if you have not renewed, ur status was changed back to non-member
answer: after looking at 300 members names on 2 spread sheets, user id`s got blurry at times, so please contact me so i can fix ur status

2. how come i have paid, and my user status is not, ``Ovas Member`` ?
answer: it can take up to 3days before your status is changed.
answer: some people Never added their user name through their pay pal payment, so i had no user name to update.
answer: i may have accidentally missed ur account update, sorry, my apologies

3. how come i dont have my OVAS membership card, yet?
answer: it can take up to 2-3weeks to receive it, if you have not got it by then, please contact me, ill get one to you asap, for inconvenienceΒΈ
