Anyone have any good stuffing recipes?

Randy, here is a basic recipe that I use
3/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cups chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
4 teaspoons dried sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried savory
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
14 cups dried(not croutons) or fresh white bread, cubed
You can adjust for the size of bird you have to stuff
this should fill a 20 to 25 lb bird nicely
You can flavour it up with the addition of some fruit if you like.
Add 1 to 2 cups of chopped fruit to the mix. Chopped apples, chopped dried apricots, raisins, currants
