Title: Aquariumfertilizer.com
Post by: Jeff1192 on January 05, 2011, 08:08:04 AM
I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from them. I have been getting frustrated with B and B lately for my dry ferts as they never seem to have everything in stock. A couple of other people have posted about this lately as well. Also, for where I live and work it's not a convenient place to get to.

I went onto aquariumfertilizer.com and put together an order to check out their prices. For 1lb of each macro and 1lb of micro nutrients total cost with shipping to Canada was $42. They also had some interesting root tabs on their site that are apparently good for 6-9 months.

Just thought I'd put this out there for those having problems getting their dry ferts. Next time I'm getting low I think I'll try putting an order in with them. If I do I'll post the results for everyone.

Jeff,

I'd go in on a group order if you wanted to set that up!

According to their site they'll only ship 4lbs at a time to Canada. Probably some sort of law regarding fertilizers and explosives.

I guess that's understandable, my parrot has been looking awfully shifty lately... Who knows what he gets up to in my substrate!   ;D

Hi,

I placed an order for 4lbs of dry ferts and trace elements with them 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks later I received what I had ordered.

It is an easy and unexpensive way to obtain these difficult to find chemicals. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

A buddy of mine also had a good experience with this company.
