so I have an octopus skimmer and since I got it the collection cup has been extremely tight, to the point where I had to struggle to get it in and out, so I talked to az about since he was the one I bought it from, he advised me to contact them, so I did. Not 20 min later I had a response. And am now being sent a new cup on monday no hassles. I expeceted a bit more of a hassle, or to have to pay for the shipping, it was just send us your address the only thing they asked was if it was like this from the begining or did it happen over time. I am so immpressed with the speed and courtesy of their cx service!!

same with me, but twice
1. mh bulb was going nuts, took a video and showed them. the next week I had a new bulb. They didnt ask me for any receipt or proof
2. Second time was that new bulb was not the same color has the other one. this time they asked me to send it. cost me 35$ :(
