I'm going to try and make it to the OVAS event but I just learned that my son Graeme and some of our photography friends have productions chosen for screening at the DIGI60 Ottawa Digital Film Festival which is also on this weekend.  Hope no one minds if I stop by Tim's for a dozen or so donuts as my contribution to the OVAS event. http://www.megapixeltravel.com/2011/11/digi60-digital-film-festival-ottawa/

If everyone could bring their own utensils to dish out the food your bringing that would be great.

The 25lb turkey has been in the oven for 1.5 hours.  Looking good so far.

I've never ever done a turkey before, so I'm crossing my fingers it's going to turn out OK!

Thanks everyone.  Sorry I couldn't stay to help clean up.  Maybe next year  :-\

Got to the Film Festival just in time (one person let in behind me).  The two productions that my son, Graeme, was involved in didn't win any of the "Best in ..." prizes but proud parent moment nonetheless.

Hahaha...thanks for the offer but to his dismay, that tank fits perfectly in one of the book shelves in my office :)

Great pics Errol!  I love the pics of the next generation of OVASers!
