Title: Where to buy airline valve?
Post by: martin_jones on November 30, 2011, 11:11:48 AM
Where, in Ottawa, would sell the airline valves for the air intake on a skimmer? Also, is it possible to buy the air intake silencers separately from a skimmer?

Thanks

Martin

That all depends on the Skimmer brand and model

It's a berlin red-sea I think. Although the airline looks to be a standard size, so maybe a normal airline valve would work?

For the Airline yes a normal one would work but try not to get one of those cheap one....I'd go with something like: JW Accuair Aquarium Single Gang Valve #21200

For the Skimmer check with the manufacturer

Thanks

Do you know if anyone in Ottawa sells these, or is eBay my only option?
