Is it normal for two of them to pair off with a shrimp? I'm even more interested in getting some now.
This was a total fluke. I hadn't seen the original Watchman for several weeks so I assumed I had lost it. FT happened to have some new ones come in so I bought another. About 2 weeks later I noticed the original creeping out from time to time, following the new one. It wasn't yellow at that time. He was almost grey. He now has his colour back. He loves a snack of Mysis. That's the Pistol behind them.
At times the Pistol makes another burrow that comes out to the side. He has a Watchman doing duty at both entrances.

Amazing! I read a few things about gobies not getting along with each other... Looks like the watchman just needed his own watchman.
