Title: How good we have it at OVAS /plants
Post by: charlie on April 25, 2012, 07:59:15 PM
In keeping with my theme of how good we have it , i wanted to share this with you guys, not i`m not complaining about it since anyone that truly know me would know where plants are concerned, if i want it , i buy it :P.
Some of you know i was hinting for Echindorus Tennelus, well i found some from a big city for 8.00 per portion ( approx 25 plants, sounds fair right?, well i ordered 2 sets as i would take one & another member one, well i got the shock a few mins ago when i opened the pkg, they were all young plantlets with barley any roots, moral is hobbyist in our community should really appreciate whatyouu pay & get as far as plants go.
As mentioned i`m not complaining, this is an easy plant to grow & will be aabundancece in short time.

I completely agree.  Late last week I received 2 portions of flame moss from TO.  It came as stated, quickly and without issues, but I have to admit that the portions were not what I have grown accustomed to (from both a buying and selling perspective) here in Ottawa.

Errol, does this mean we'll be seeing some Echindorus Tennelus in future ovas auctions?
;)
