My guess is this, Scarlet Pleco or hybrid
I think I've seen this pleco in a shop in Toronto...it was over 12". Pretty cool though. I'll see if I still have the pic I took to compare.

I think its L114 or L14 I seen it at some of the pleco addict tank. Really nice n pretty expensive once fully grown.
