Title: live tilapia or trouts in the region ??

Anyone know where I can find some live tilapia or trouts in a store or from someone on the board.
i'd like to try some aquaculture for fun/food.

i few guys say to check the asian markets around ottawa.. anyone know of a place ?
i'm thinking the asian district close to preston street or bronson.. i'll have to take a walk one night.

They're advertising being able to choose your fish from a tank.
Not sure what they may have but might be interesting.

Then again what are the laws if any concerning this. Sheesh so
many laws it's hard to keep track,

Superstore  (Kanata) has tilapia. Sobey's (Kanata)  might carry trout.

Any idea of the actual scientific name of the tilapia species they are selling? I saw them, but didn;t recognize the species.

sorry for the late reply, I've been busy with other projects lately.
I do not know the sp. type yet.. doing some more research on this in the coming weeks.
I'll start small for now and see how things go.
