It was fun watching it grow but now what?

Now you will start wondering how it would look like if you change things around around a little: move that rock, add this plant, ... it never stops. Have fun!

If anything I'd take it apart and do it again.  I'm learning that carpets are completely over rated!

Can you elaborate on this?

Carpets Look great!

BUT they require extensive weekly trimming and said trimmings go EVERYWHERE!   I need an aquatic goat!

I Don't know how you guys deal with the constant trimming and re planting of HC the HM keeps me busy enough!

Not sure if that qualifies them as over rated.
There is a wide assortment of carpet plants some are quick growers while others are not, so there is one to suit everyone .
Also there are ways of slowing down the speed of growth, I have never had the need to trim & replant carpet plants, if they lift as is common with HC it will be divided & replanted, this is not often.
Regards
Oh they are aquatic goat, just ask any of our African Cichlids keepers :P
