I recently moved and there is no room in my new place for the 75gal cichlid tank I was hoping to start to replace my old 90 planted I used to keep. So I felt like I needed a new project. So last weekend I picked up a Fluval Ebi that I found half-price at Petcetera.
It's up and running now with it's first aquascape (judging on my past tanks this will be the first of many). The plan is shrimp only for this one (except for maybe a small fancy pleco).
Right now I just have amano and cherry shrimp in it. Once it's been running for a bit and stable I'll move the few CRS I have in my 15 gallon into it.
Here's an initial photo. The water is still cloudy from finishing the aquascaping. I'll get a better picture once the "dust" settles.

Things cleared up really nicely this afternoon so I've attached a better photo. I'm open to hearing aquascaping suggestions. The piece of driftwood can't really move because of it's size. However I have all sorts of smaller pieces of the stones i have in there. I'd also be open to other plant suggestions keeping in mind I want to keep this set up about the shrimp so I'm not looking to increase from the stock lighting or get into CO2.
So I added the 3 CRS I had in another tank about 3 weeks ago and picked up 4 more. I'm happy to say one of them is carrying eggs already. I had tried these guys in the past at my old house in the country but they didn't like my slightly hard well water. Hoping to finally have some success breeding these guys now that I'm living in town again and back on city water.
