Title: Lowboy ideas
Post by: noahcw on October 05, 2020, 08:59:33 PM
Hey everyone.

Not sure if this is the right spot for this, let me know if not.

I'm getting a 30 gallon lowboy aquarium ( 36.25" x 18.25" x 13") I believe.

Wondering what people thought some appropriate stock may be? it's designed to be a frag tank, but I'm trying to avoid coral for the time being. So I'm open to any suggestions you guys may have.

Thanks!

Maybe a planted, mountain scape.  Plants growing out of the water and the mountain coming out of the water as well.  A waterfall would be coming out of the mountain.

Build an hanging canopy housing lights and pathos letting the pathos hang into the water. There are lbuilds on the internet. Rock is softened by wood, so rock and wood. Then the presence of the pathos softens the rock and wood. And finally no surprise from me. Dwarf cichlid colony I'd go transcripts but multi's are good too.

Here's a video from Primetime Aquatics that came out this morning talking about their 50 gallon lowboys.
