Title: Textured spray paint
Post by: Jim on January 28, 2006, 07:42:07 PM
Well i finally got arround to posting some pictures of the final project.

The first one is when my tank was covered in newspaper and tape.

The seccond is the final project.

It turned out very well and i'm thinking of doing it on other tanks.

I did about 5 coats of it.

I dig it. Very cool.

I think I might do this too in the future. I like the look of it.

I've been recently a little frustrated with regular gravel on the bottom of my fry tanks; this might be an ideal solution.

I think it would, Darkdep. Much easier to keep clean, that's for sure. Would help maintain more ideal water conditions.

I'm gonna try this when I next free up my fry tanks for sure.  I'm sure half the BBS I'm throwing in is getting lost to the gravel.
