Title: Lighting question

hey everyone I have started to construct my canopy for my 225 tank an went to home depot an picked up my lights they are dual t-12 lights an was looking on the BA website an can only find t-12 reptile bulbs
does any one know were I can find aquarium t-12 bulbs ???

just use regular ones from home depot, much beter price and not much of a diference, I would go for around 6,500k

thas what i'm running Philips Daylight Deluxe from home depot
there like 4~6$ for 48" tubes mine are T-8 6500K 32W
but they should have T-12

please post some pics of the canopy
i'm building as stand next step is a matching canopy
during pics would be great also ;)

Hmmm I might go with home depot lights then
I have used there plant/aquarium lights an i personally think they suck haha

but ill see what other typeds they have an give them all a shot

I am buildign the shell of the canopy this weekend I still have to edge all my red oak that will be covering it
