It`s highly unlikely that a member of the exec. has access to reading members PM`s self included, as far as i`m aware the only person that the abilty to read anyone PM is the webmaster & is very very rarley done unless their a legal issue the club needs evidence for.
I inite you to relay the facts of your allegation to me off line so i can investigate & deal with this issue personally & report back to you.
