not sure which section this should be in. looked in my 5 gallon tonight and saw this. any idea what it is? looks like an egg, but to what? in the tank are 2 L136B plecos, crystal red shrimp, cherry shrimp, chilli rasboras and a single assassin snail.

thanks. I hadn't seen the eggs before. and I didn't think I would get any in there with only one snail
Soon you will have 10.... then 40... then the whole tank will be over run!
