Sorry, I've been absolutely swamped with Emails and the person who usually relays these inquiries to me may have missed this one. Please send your Email address to and I'll take care of it as soon as I can. Thank you.

Giant Auction 2025 / Password reset?
Last post by FishDish - March 09, 2025, 01:05:13 PM
Hi, I would like to register some items for sale but cannot remember my old auction password, nor register for a new one with the same e-mail address.

Is there a way you can reset my password? No reply on e-mail sent last week.

Yes, please direct additional raffle prizes to Alfred. Thank you. At your discretion, you can also register items for sale as Donations, in which case they are auctioned as normal and all proceeds are donated to OVAS.

I have a $60 gift card to donate as a possible prize for the raffles at the auction. Who should I see on Saturday morning to give my donation ? Alfred ??
I may have other items (new and unused items) that I may donate as other prizes for the raffle.

Thanks
Frank

Introductions / Getting back into the hobby
Last post by Varroa - March 02, 2025, 09:10:26 PM
Hello! I recently decided to get back into the hobby after a 25 year absense. Things sure have changed since my last tank (which was basically a self suffiencent planted community tank that only was self sufficient due to neglect). My old tank had a beautiful African Butterfly Fish that I fed cricket to.  Back then we had no internet to learn from so I learned everything from my local aquarium store and my schooling (Biologist). I just started my first two new tanks (a nano 4 gallon shrimp tank and my bigget 32.5 gallon tank). The nano tank is already up and running with cherry shrimp, plants and some hitchhiker snails (probably bladder snails). The big tank is planted with soil/sand/gravel substrate and is still in the process of cycling (It does have one snail and a few guppies for a small bio load). I am looking forward to the auction this month so I can maybe get my first fish in the big tank.
