Giant Auction 2025 / 2025 Giant Auction Volunteers

The OVAS Giant Auction is on March 22nd, 2025 (Saturday 11am) at Woodroffe United Church.

We will need a few volunteers for general help, including setup before 11am. Please respond to this post if you'd like to volunteer! Feel free to mention what type of job you'd prefer...

Unfortunately inserting attachments in private messages doesn't appear to be an option.  I'm guessing it's because it could get out of hand on the hosting/server side if everybody was using private messaging like do Facebook.  Forum software is not designed for this.

You can upload your pics/videos to an image hosting site and send the links in your private message instead.
