that they sell in those aquariums in chinese fresh food stores (like the one near somerset and bayview)?

Its probably tilapia, but does anyoneone know the species?
1 210g Asian Community planted fast water tank: balas, tiger & black ruby barbs, red-tail black shark, rainbows, loaches, SAEs, gold CAEs, 1500GPH river flow, plus 1500gph filtration.
1 75g African planted tank: 3 synos (had them since the 90s), yellow labs, kribensis.
1 40g breeder, silicone-divided into two - quarantine and nursery.

I've seen Tilapia, cod, bass, carp...and have even seen a goldfish or two ....not sure of exact species...anyone?


http://www.aquaculture.ca/files/species-tilapia.php <-found this and there are 3 main species but this one: Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus...is most common in Canada.
