How long before I can post to Classifieds?

Just purchased OVAS memebership. Got a Paypal email. How long do I have to wait before posting an ad to the classifieds section?

I read about some kind of form to fill but I didn't receive any email (checked my spam inbox)

Should I just wait or I did something wrong?

It's usually a few days, our Membership chair has a full time job where he can't access the internet during the day, so I just sent you a PM with a link to the form to fill out.  Once that's filled in Bitterman will activate your online account and send you out a membership card in the mail.
