Is Keeping Moorish Idols still Impossible ?

Not the most recent article but based on what I read on forums that deal with Moorish Idols, most if not the greater majority loose theirs within 1 year with a few exceptions that manage  to keep them may somewhat longer. Note that their longevity is far far longer than that .... A friend of mine has had one for over 5 years and it does real well in his 240 gallon fish only tank, but it requires a thorough understanding of what to feed it and what not to keep with it in the same tank.
