My husband and I moved to Arnprior a couple of months ago. We downsized to a small 960 square foot bungalow so because of that, I've had to also downsize my aquarium to a Fluval Flex 9g. I just can't part with my Endlers or my tiny clown pleco. I have mainly assorted crypts, java fern, java moss, and hydrilla verticillata or egeria densa (?). I can't find any information anywhere as to how to set the Flex's lighting for optimal growth. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The flex lighting can be quite intense if on full blast so when there is algae I've found reducing the intensity will reduce algae. Once the plants grow in and block the light, it's safe to turn it up. Otherwise I run it on the white or full spectrum setting for about 8-12 hours a day.

Thank you! :) I'll reduce the intensity. Since I can't run my CO2 on this tank (not enough room to set it up), I'll have to keep an eye out for algae.
