Ceramic ring plant weight?

Hi everyone!

I was curious if anyone had a source for ceramic ring plant weight to buy.
They come with the stem plants usually but I'm struggling to find a reliable source to get them. EBay and Amazon are mostly useless, selling them for a premium.
