Volunteer note

Hi All,

     I just wanted to touch base with all the volunteers since the auction is coming quick.

If we could get all the volunteers to arrive at Tom Brown between 8 and 8:15, that would be fantastic.
This will give us lots of hands to do the set up and get you all organized.

We are doing something a bit different this year, we will have Greg and Mikayla doing a lot inspection before they go out to the tables. Vendors will bring their labelled lots to one of the two stations, and then we will bring them to the proper tables.

All the volunteers will get their Bidder numbers and door prize ticket at no charge, plus will get a food voucher for the canteen.
