So I purchased some plants a month ago at Superpet, new bulb and a co2 kit for my 20 gallon. Most of the plants are doing well except for one of them. The bottom area of the plant seems to be dying off. I have the same plant in my 55 gallon and it is blooming like crazy... What the heck am I doing wrong?

Hi,

If you are talking about the water wisteria on the far right of the picture.  Here is a link.

I can only speak for myself but I just break it off anywhere and replant.

Maybe just because the leaves at the bottom were in emersed form. And the leaves that you have on top are grow/switched into submersed form already! Lots of the plants that you buy from the LFS are grow in emersed form, by doing this, the plants will last longer in the LFS display tank! Just my 2 cents!

Yup, just break off the pretty parts, throw the ugly bits away and replant the nice stuff!  It looks healthy enough at the top.
