Stocking Q: Royal Gramma w/2 ocellaris clowns

Hi *,

I was wondering what the opinions are on having a pair of ocellaris clowns and a royal gramma in a 20 gallon?  There are plenty of nooks and crannies for the gramma to claim. 

I'd really like to get a more colourful fish in the tank and, as an added bonus, my wife think they are cool!

Shouldn't be a problem, i kept a gramma with a clown.  He could be a little nasty at times but not too bad.
It's a lovely fish.

Thanks Julie, where did you get your clown goby?  What colour is it?

I've had him now for about a month and a half i think - he's yellow and he's pretty cute.  I like the other one too with the stripes.  He's perfect for a 20 gallon that's for sure.  He's from marinescape.

I think with that fishload in a 20g you will need a good  skimmer and frequent waterchanges to manage the bioload. It seems a bit heavy to me.

you posted a pic earlier with the new lr pc right? if so you will do just fine, you can add another fish if you want, has to be something that wont fight the gramma though, thanks.
