Oatey fix it stick

I found this, Oatey fit-it stick all purpose bonding putty, at home depot after not being able to find aquamend or holdfast anywhere in kingston and i was wondering if anyone knows if this is safe in the reef tank. i've read thru it and it says it non toxic when dry and i see nothing saying its not safe. just rather not find out the hard way it isn't safe for tanks.

^for legality purposes you wont find any boding agent that it not meant for reef tanks saying its reef safe.
