Search option

Several times I have typed something in the search bar and get old posts from 2006, 07, 08 etc. There does not appear to be any sequence whatsoever. I don't understand why it's not in sequence starting with the most recent post. When I am looking to see if there are any recent ads for a particular item, I am really not interested in someone who had an eheim filter for sale in 2007. Is there any way to have the ads displayed starting with the most recent?

Click on the little magnifying glass next to the search text box, or if you click the search tab in the menu bar you will get more search options.

The form that pops up will let you sort the results, restrict the search based on the age of the posts and select which forums you want to search.

Before ya add anything in the search box just click the search button. Then click on advanced search it offers a lot of opitions to narrow your searches. Still it is not a great search system built in. That is just the way it the software is made though.
