Hi all,
I posted this topic a while ago, thank you all for your inputs. I finally got it done and it work great and the aquarium is clean and clear without getting my hand wet. Therefore, I would like to share with you:
Equipment: 1. Fluval 305 (used $40), 2. Filter path (Quilting Batt @ Walmart $5 for 72"x100", you can use forever, I used for all replace filter path), 3. Python or clear tube), 4. Adapters $4 from Home Depot
Make:
1. Connect the Python or Clear tube into the intake of the Fluval 305.
2. Empty all filter tray, and use Quilting Batt for the last tray only.
Use:
1. Clamp the output of the 305 into the tank
2. Fill up the Python or clear tube with water for primed
3. Turn on the power
4. Move python around and enjoy each dark and dirty column of gravel become clean and clear

** 305 is good but 405 should be better with power pressure

Total cost about $50 it depend on the deal of the canister filter, but it work even better than the machince below cost $200 plus filter path
