I have just installed airdisplay on my ipad and its awesome!

It allows you to extend your pc or mac display on the ipad (or ipod / iphone) and use it as another monitor for your computer!
With the ipad stand its awesome!!!

Now I have 3 displays

I use these Apps on a regular basis:

Stanza for reading ebooks (+Combine with Calibre on desktop)
Awesome note (syncs with Google Docs or Evernote)
Air Mouse to run my HTPC
Guitar Toolkit (for chords and tuner)
Aquanotes to check my Aquarium controller
Ratio (Michael Ruhlman's cooking app)
