Lowe's Kanata

I just got back from the new Lowe's on Hazeldean. Not too busy, I guess because of the cold. Typical big-box home store. Nice and new and shiny. Well stocked on day one. They have the usual good selection of PVC fittings we've come to expect from Lowes. Lots of unions, ball valves and conversion fittings. Not much in the way of LED fixtures to experiment with. It's nice to have this new choice though, because they sometimes carry different brands of an item than the other big boys. Prices are certainly comparable to HD, and on the few things I bought, substantially lower. I actually found three different items that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. I could become a Lowe's junkie - the new location is way more convenient to me.

Awesome - the drive to Orleans was annoying and way out of the way...now, it's just down the street!!

I had heard from a good source that it wouldn't be open until mid-February. So, this is better. I can see me spending way too much time, and money in there. Basically, just a good walk for me, when it warms up a bit.
