Under Kessil Light (set to approx 14000 K. Ca maintained at ± 450 ppm and doh of 9, pH 8.0 A.M. and 8.3 in the late afternoon. I usually run the light at this level of blue for at least an hour in the morning and then raise it to 20000 Kelvin ... it is the Kessil A360 W, hung at about 10 inches above the water level. The Pavona cactus has grown from a tiny frag to what you now see in about a good 4 months ... but I attribute the faster growth to the higher Calcium levels and daily spot feeding of a number of different foods, including shredded fresh clam meat, Cyclop-eeze (frozen), adding Acropower as a supplement and keeping the water fairly clean but not overly so ... NO3 is around 4 ppm and PO4 at or lower than 0.03 ppm
