Looking for a builder

Hi. I need a custom container and I don't know how to build one. Perhaps this is easy and someone could do it in a few hours?

dimensions: must fit inside an enclosure of 24 x 36 inches.
height: no more than 12 inches
drain: a single hole for a standard drain is needed
materials: black poly is my preference. No light can shine through.
