looks good, is there only 1 powerhead?

Yes, there is a single Aquaclear 20 (Powerhead 201) running 24x7 right now.

I do have another Powerhead 201 as well, should I be using it?  If I did, I think I would like to try and connect the 2nd powerhead into the integrated light timer.

Where should the 2nd one go?  Opposite side and low?

You can't go too low because you'll stir up the sand.  You want to simulate waves, so the more flow the better.

Tank looks good, nice rock work.
