cant post to mygallery

there seems to be a problem with the sending picture to the mygallery section.

getting "Picture exceeds max filesize. Max Filesize is 1464.84kb " when its only 526kb, id dropped the quality down even more to 272kb.

Check the dimensions, it gives that warning if the issue is diemnsions rather than file size
