New to ovas and ottawa

Hello everyone.
Just want to introduce myself. My name is mike. We just moved here from Edmonton. Before that we lived in new Brunswick. (military family). While in new Brunswick we had a 75 gallon tank that was plumbed into the basement. Most of my equipment was Lifereef. Great equipment. Anyway I'm on the wifes iPad so there's no old pics on it of the fish tank.
Right now we actually don't have a tank. I just ordered two sheets of 3/8" cell cast acrylic. I'm going to try my hand at tank/ sump fab. I'm not going to big to start out again. Maybe a 40 or 50 gallon.I'm going to make the stand as well. Probably out of aluminum.  Anyway I'll show pics of the process.
So glad I found this place. So much info on here!!!

Great to meet ya Mike - I've lived in Edmonton and was born in Fredericton. Look forward to your builds and alloy stand sounds pretty awesome.
