Not sure if this is a 9-1-1 but..

I recently purchased a Gold nugget pleco and he somehow found a hole in my Driftwood and is inside the hole... should i be alarmed? should i attempt to get him out? or is it a "when he wants to come out he will" thing?

That's his new house! Plecos love finding a nice cozy hole in a log and hanging out there all day. He'll come out to feed at night.

We have had Plecos get stuck in things, I dont know how big yours is, but Ive had small ones swim up tubes and not be able to back out, Id suggest you keep and eye on him, or encourage him to leave and see if he can.

he is about 2-2.5" I will try n look when the tank lights go out to see if he is out feeding. I also moved the driftwood a bit to see in the hole and he is moving around... so i think we are ok.. Ty all for your quick reply's
