LF Someone who can cut & weld aluminum

Can you recommend a good place to have a few pieces of aluminum cut and welded together ?

I'm using 1-1/2" 90 degrees brushed aluminum rails as finishing touch on my aquarium stand.
- 2 pieces are mounted vertically on the front corners
- 3 pieces must be welded together in a |___| shape going around the horizontal surface (except the back side)

I think having them welded will give a much cleaner look and by buffing the edges a big, won't be like a razor-sharp piece of furniture on which my kids will split their heads open O.O

Please advise.  Gatineau-side is preferred, or somewhere relatively close to Prince-of-Whales @ Hunt-Club.

When I worked in Orleans, we usually sent our stuff to Roger Leblanc Welding on Mer Bleu Road in Orleans. I am unsure if he does aluminum, but i do know he does great work. You might want to check him out.
