I have a community tank, 100 gal, heavily planted, all natural, no sever issues. I have noticed one of my congos appears like its had a stroke... for lack of a better diagnosis...

One side of his mouth is drooping. It opens and closes without any problems, hes eating and acting normal, no physical signs of parasites or fungus. He appears to be as healthy as the rest of the congos, and tank mates.

I cant seem to find anything on google and thought maybe someone here knows what it could be. Have tried to get a picture but they hate the paparazzi

One of my goldfish is like that.  It's because he jumped out one day and landed on the hard basement floor.  I found him in time but his mouth has been a bit droopy ever since.  Maybe one of your congos smacked into your tank.  I notice my Columbians are a bit skittish when the lights go out.
