Chloroquine or Quinine - Ever used it? (Freshwater people speak up too)

Hi, I am wondering if anyone here has used chloroquine phosphate or other quinine medications? I hear that it is probably the best for parasites like ich but I have not seen it for sale anywhere. I am thinking of using it as a prophylactic treatment for some slightly sensitive anthias as my normal method (transfer) is harsh on them.

Please chime in if you have seen it for sale or used it.
