Crayfish - 2-inch burrowing and community friendly

Anyone knows the name of crayfish that are brown in colour, measure about 2 inch long max, tend to burrow and are fish-friendly and just a great addition to a community tank?  I had bought a pair of these on this site about 10 years ago (from a woman living on Centennial Boulevard if my memory serves me right). I just can't remember the name of the species and would like to get another couple of these.  Any ideas as to what they are?  Thank you.

Brazos are what they are called.  Someone close to carlingwood plaza did sell them a few years ago.
