Egeria Densa is listed as an invasive species in Ontario under the Invasive Species Act.

You may want to stop selling it or destroy your supply as it is illegal to sell, hold, or transport (Ontario). Even though this may not apply to Quebec, we share the same river. Please don't put trimmings or dispose of these plants into our water systems.
