OVAS Summer BBQ Potluck 2025

A fish-friendly reminder from the Ottawa Valley Aquarium Society…

We are happy to invite you and your family members to the OVAS BBQ Potluck as a 2024-2025 season closing event.

Join us for a summer BBQ potluck lunch in the park! OVAS will provide the BBQ grills, beverages, and grilled meat options.  Members can bring a side dish, salad, or desert to share as part of the potluck! Please indicate with your RSVP if you would like to use a separate grill for dietary reasons.  Also, please bring your own seating, as picnic table availability cannot be guaranteed.

Feel free to bring group games, such as badminton, bocce, cornhole, etc.

As the weather might be hot, it is not recommended to trade fish or plants without prior arrangements.

This is a great opportunity to socialize with other aquarium enthusiasts; family are welcome to join!

OVAS memberships can be renewed for the 2024-2025 season at monthly meetings or online (PayPal), valid until September 30, 2025.

This event has been arranged by the Ottawa Valley Aquarium Society. Anyone with an interest in aquariums and related hobbies is welcome to attend. OVAS events are a great place to meet other aquarium hobbyists, exchange ideas, and learn more about fish and aquatic plant keeping.
